The Trustees of the Kitchings Family Foundation have chosen to be proactive in their giving as they are quite active in the community. For that reason, grants are made by invitation only. The minimum grant size is $5,000. If you have been invited to submit a grant application, please note the application procedures below.
Grant Cycle and Deadline Information
The Foundation will make distributions for its charitable purposes three times annually. Online grant applications are due on March 31, June 30, and September 30.
Organizations selected to receive funding will be notified in May, August, and November, respectively.
Application Procedures
All grant applications must be submitted online utilizing the grant application link listed below.
If you have been invited to submit an application, we encourage you complete the online application form and submit it by one of the three deadlines.
If you have not yet registered with our online system, you will be prompted to create an account first so you can return to a saved application at a later date if needed.
